Since opening our doors in 2011, our salon in Ashley Heath, Ringwood has been a welcoming space where creativity, sustainability, and individuality come together.

Mary
Managing Director
Years in the industry: 27
Mary is the founder, the soul, and the driving force behind the salon. With nearly three decades of experience and a deep-rooted passion for people and beauty, she’s built a space where clients feel cared for and stylists are empowered to thrive.
What inspired her to open the salon:
“I come from a family of business owners, and when the opportunity came to me back in 2011, it felt like the natural next step. I wanted to create the salon of my dreams — and I did.”
Current role: Mary now focuses on growing the business, supporting the team, and nurturing the culture.
“Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing my team shine. I’m here to support, guide, and back them every step of the way.”
Behind the chair: “I work two days a week with my loyal, long-time clients — many of whom have supported me since day one. Making them feel happy and beautiful will always be special to me.”
Vision for the future: “To keep growing this amazing salon family in a safe, inspiring space. Who knows… we may need a bigger premises one day!”

Coffee order: Skinny frappuccino, no cream.
Fun fact: She can flare her nostrils on command.

Callum
Salon Director
Callum is our creative powerhouse. With a deep love for bold colour and edgy short cuts, he brings out the personality in every head of hair. He’s all about discovering what makes you you and crafting a look to match.
Signature style: Fashion colours, vivid transformations & short hair artistry.

Fun fact: Petrolhead in the middle of restoring his second car… and he can do the perfect whipped cream can sound.

Tasha
Salon Director
Years in the industry: 23
Tasha is the heart of the salon — with a passion for people, education, and effortless, wearable hair. Whether she’s razor-cutting with flair or sharing her skills through teaching, she brings warmth, skill, and leadership to every day.

Senior Stylist & Calligraphy Cut Specialist
Senior Stylist & Calligraphy Cut Specialist.

Rebecca is a master of precision and transformation. With a deep love for blonding, extensions, and the artistry of the Calligraphy Cut, she creates hair that moves naturally, shines brightly, and makes clients feel their absolute best.

Natalie brings two decades of skill, care, and laughter to every appointment. Known for her precision and warmth, she’s not just about hair — she’s about people. Her cuts are sharp, her chats are real, and her goal is simple: make every client feel amazing.

Maddie is the friendly face and helping hand you’ll see buzzing around the salon — always smiling, always learning. With a growing love for colour and blow-dries, she’s passionate about making people feel good and building real connections.

Front of House

Heidi is the friendly face that welcomes you into the salon and the calm in the chaos when the day gets busy. Her love for people, positivity, and that perfectly organised front desk makes every client feel instantly at ease. She’s the heartbeat of the salon floor — always ready with a smile (and a well-timed cup of tea).
What she loves most: The buzz of the salon, chatting with clients, and being part of their confidence-boosting transformation.
Favourite moment of the day: Seeing clients leave happy and glowing — knowing she played a part in their experience.
How her team would describe her: Organised, bubbly, and unflappable (even on a fully booked Saturday!)

Front of House
Years in the hair & beauty industry: 18
Georgie is the warm welcome at the door and the calm voice behind the bookings. With nearly two decades of experience, she’s all about making clients feel comfortable, looked after, and truly at home. She brings care, conversation, and a touch of elegance to every salon visit — after all, she is a Lady (officially).
What she loves most: Creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for every client and making sure they leave smiling.
Favourite part of the day: Catching up with clients and sharing moments with the team.
How her team would describe her: Easy-going, caring — and simpatico (Callum’s words!)
