Salon Terms & Conditions

 

To secure any appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

 
  • If you move or cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully transferable to a new appointment or refunded in full.
  • If you move or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), the remaining balance will be billed and must be paid in full before rebooking.
 
We have these policies in place to protect our stylists’ time and ensure fairness for all clients in our busy salon.
 
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to a stylist being unwell or unavailable, we will offer an alternative stylist or a new appointment time, and your deposit will be transferred accordingly.
