Terms & Conditions

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • Packages are paid in full at your first appointment.

  • Each package is valid for 4 or 8 blow-dries within a 4-week period, whichever comes first.

  • Missed appointments due to illness or holiday are non-refundable.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or moved with 48 hours’ notice.

  • Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of that blow-dry.

  • No-shows will also forfeit that appointment and it cannot be redeemed.

  • In the event that we must cancel (e.g. due to staff illness), we will offer an alternative stylist or a new appointment to cover the cancellation.


These policies are in place to ensure fairness and to protect our stylists’ time in a busy salon environment.
