Welcoming Kieran to the Team

We’re so proud to introduce Kieran, who joins the William & Mary family this April.

With over 8 years of experience, Kieran has worked alongside some genuinely respected names in the industry, including The Fellowship for British Hairdressing, Leaf Scissors, and Captain Fawcett.

That background has shaped a stylist who is calm, considered, and quietly brilliant at creating hair that works beautifully in real life — not just in the salon.

A New Keratin Smoothing Treatment

As the warmer months arrive, frizz and humidity have a habit of undoing even the best blow-dry.

So we’re excited to introduce our new Keratin Smoothing System at the salon.

It leaves hair smoother, shinier, and more manageable for up to 3 to 4 months, and every treatment is fully tailored to your hair type so results always look natural — never overdone.

It might be right for you if you:

• Struggle with frizz or humidity
• Spend too long at the mirror each morning
• Want a polished, effortless finish that lasts

More Flexibility — We’re Opening on Mondays

From June, we’ll be open on Mondays.

We know life doesn’t always fit neatly around a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, so this change is our way of giving you a little more breathing room when it comes to booking.

Whether you love a quiet start to the week or just need more options, we hope it helps.

A Note on Becca

Many of you have been asking after Becca, and we’re so touched by your kindness and care.

She’s currently recovering and taking things gently. We’re hopeful for a further update towards the end of May, and we’re all very much looking forward to welcoming her back when she’s ready.
